Half Day Preschool (Mornings or Afternoons)

The Lab School offers half-day (morning or afternoon) preschool during the academic calendar: September-May. Our half-day preschool provide flexible options for families choosing a traditional preschool program.

Morning Preshcool
Morning preschool classes run from 9 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.

Afternoon Preschool
Afternoon preschool classes run from 12:45 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Parents of three-year-old children may choose from 2, 3, and 5-day morning preschool and 4-day afternoon preschool classes. Parents of four- and five-year-old's have the option of 5-day morning preschool or 4-day afternoon preschool.

Our half day preschool children also have the option to extend their day with “Lunch Bunch.” Lunch Bunch is a catered lunch and extra planned activity time.

Lunch Bunch
Lunch Bunch runs from 11:45 to 1:30 (for morning part-day preschoolers) and 11:45-12:45 (for afternoon part-day preschoolers) on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesdays,  and/or Thursdays.

Full-Day Preschool at The Lab School

In addition to half-day preschool programs, The Lab School offers a full-day, preschool program during the academic year (September-May).

Our full-day preschool program is ideal for working parents and provides a remarkable, yet affordable, option for families of children ages 3 to 6. The program starts with early care preschool at 7 a.m. followed by a morning preschool class, lunch, and an afternoon preschool class ending at 6 p.m. During these hours, the children are always in a preschool environment, under the sole guidance of two experienced teachers with four-year college degrees.

Full Day preschool runs from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Parents have the option to contract for the full time days they need.
